sneak peek: behind the scenes of shooting good night ,day pre-fall knits

it's funny how things just come together & how things just fall into place, this is how i feel about meeting my new friend stephanie, she is also a local  blogger (she is one half of beaux mondes). we met at field trip pop up shop awhile ago, & ever since she has been really supportive (she is very sincere about her love of independent local designers & artisans, gotta appreciate that). you may remember she modeled some of the looks for the pop up shop, & i was enormously thrilled with the results. & it turns out we had similar ideas about new direction & aesthetics for good night, day. so it all fell into place. not only is stephanie the pretty face behind the new shop pics (& i just have to say this lady is sans makeup, this is the one trait i envy in all ladies that can do it, i just don't have the security yet to leave that lipstick alone, errr). stephanie also helped enormously with setting up lighting, the camera, she pretty much styled all her own outfits at robber & was more competent than i at lugging around the suitcases of lighting & knits, (in comparison i dropped the suitcase of lighting down an escalator & also got stuck with the suitcase in a revolving door, i know i'm an idiot wherever i go, i don't even try to act competent). also funny & ironic too that robber was also part of the field trip & erin let us shoot the photos in her shop, thanks to erin  (& caitlyn who took a  few of these pics, well any of those w/ me in them obviously.)
