audrey catwell is constantly working, & constantly inspiring! & i couldn't be more excited about her brand new 40s vintage inspired lingerie line, & as usual the styling, photography & model are so spot on too. audrey tells me her pieces are "slightly on the fetish side , i used mostly silk and leather, my fave pin ups are def. bettie page and tempest storm". i'm personally not much of a bra wearer, so i was thrilled to pick up this piece for myself, the wanda silk bralette in black, & although entirely handmade it was really very quick to ship. i'm also coveting the day when i can pick up the alice silk bloomers & agatha silk tap shorts, sigh...
obviously, you must make a point to check out her new fall collection, re-launched at Ovate, available for july-august. of course, don't forget to bookmark her vintage shop tarantula sisters.
