girls in my knits: regine on dalhousie street

the lovely regine is modeling & looking just perfect in these bancroft merino knit dancer sweaters that i am really happy to be  carried in her amazing boutique victoire in Ottawa on dalhousie street, just in time for canada's birthday too. please check out this wonderful blog post she did.
i love that she describes the deconstructed sweaters as being so precious, because i hope they will be,  but also i love this, because in contrast they are actually very stretchy & you really can stretch them into place, & the deconstructed & organic knit won't fall apart. please note the bancroft is part of the merino hand & hand dyed dancer inspired series of knits, as well as the pembroke dancer tank, & the orillia dancer shrug.
in regine's own word's; "See, these tops are so so beautiful and precious when you hold them, and you can absolutely feel the love & time that went into making each one, that I handled them with the care usually only reserved for my tissue-thin and beaded vintage blouses."
