sneak peek: ombre dye job at 1AM

spent our friday night, into the morning, hand dyeing the newly sewn b&w floral totes & the 100% cotton ones in shades of peach & teal. I'm a huge sucker for anything peachy, coral or orange lately, so i have to say i will be sad to see those go. we went with the technique to ombre dye, which is a french word describing colours fading into each other. of course, i'm really pleased how the teal ones look too almost like well worn denim. i wanted to have more than just my spring knits for the field trip pop up show, & something for the under $25 shoppers too, won't these be perfect for wine, books or knitting on the go?! if you absolutely have to have one, & want to buy one now, please let me know, as you can see its very limited & one of a kind, it may be awhile til i can get these into the shop, if i do.

  6. I love seeing process photos! The rose print with the ombre color combo is really striking. There is something about that photo copyish print that really takes on a new life with the ombre treatment. Like a vintage faded wallpaper almost
