in the spirit of seeing the good...

well, because there is a few things personally getting my spirits dampened... i'm sharing some things that really helped this week...
enid & her paper bag puppet of her mommy (thats me) as a lifeguard, i'm thrilled & so touched obviously, but also, you have to note enid is such a huge daddy's girl fan that this was really unexpected & a joyful moment for dear ol' mom...
other highlights include, luke is a really swell babysitter, & works for very little, like pizza or an oh henry bar... we can finally sneak off to do well stuff, just us adults & not worry too much...

& seeing the new mike leigh movie, that i have to admit i was kinda avoiding, it looked a tad well too cute from the very small bits i'd seen, & i'm such a fan of naked & vera drake, i couldn't imagine a quirky & cheery comedy...anyhow, I LOVED it! so please if you haven't seen this movie, give it a try...happy go-lucky...ps i love her wardrobe too... so age-inappropriate, coming from someone who hears that quite abit, which i don't believe any of that nonsense, the lace tights in all colours, & alot of vintage/retro pieces, oh & high heeled boots on a bike is the best opening scene...

& a vera drake scene i couldn't resist, sally hawkins scene...

  2. Here are some quote by COCO Chanel that I like:
"In order to be irreplacable one must always be different"
"Dress shabbily and they remember the dress; dress impeccably and they remember the woman"
"The most courageous act is still to think for yourself. Aloud"

    HAPPY EASTER!
